Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wondermark iOS application and website operated by Adam Shoemaker ("we", "us"). By using Wondermark, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Wondermark is an independent scavenger-hunt companion for Walt Disney World. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must provide accurate account information.
Acceptable use
- Use Wondermark for personal, non-commercial park exploration and friendly competition.
- Do not abuse hunts, standings, or household features to harass others.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.
- Do not imply that Wondermark is an official Disney product.
Hunts and standings
Hunts are optional friendly competitions between invited participants. There is no money, wagering, or prizes. Standings and points are for entertainment only.
Households
If you join or administer a household, you understand that find progress and related data may be visible to other household members on their devices.
Content and catalog
Wondermark catalog content is provided for discovery and tracking within the app. We may update, correct, or remove catalog entries at any time.
Disclaimers
Wondermark is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Park conditions, attraction availability, and safety are your responsibility. Always follow park rules and cast member guidance.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Wondermark.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time in Profile → Settings → Delete account. We may suspend access if you violate these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
